Conference and Seminar  
 
  We have two conference areas available. These are successfully used for:  
 
 
  • training
  • meetings/conferences
  • breakfast, lunch, evening meal meetings
  • interviews
  • client hospitaility
 
 
   
 
  The Orangery  
 
  Approximately 10m x 7m, with windows on two sides overlooking the patio and gardens, this area has an abundance of natural light. In an evening it is well lit and there are ample 13 amp plug sockets around the walls.

  The room can seat 35 people theatre style, 25 on a ‘u’ shaped table and 20 people boardroom style. Smaller arrangements of tables can accommodate group and discussion work.
 
  With adjacent facilities and its own entrance the room can be self contained but it can also be connected with other adjacent rooms to form syndicate rooms It is an ideal space for company presentations, meetings and venues.

  The Dining Room / Restaurant  
 
  The dining room (10m x 5m) is adjacent to the Orangery and with two large windows is also light and vibrant. The room can be divided into two by large doors located in the centre of the room.  
 
  The room can seat 35 people theatre style or two tables of twelve-boardroom style.  
 
  Smaller arrangements of tables can accommodate group and discussion work.  
 
  Residents Lounge  
 
  This is a warm comfortable seating area with bar and provides a relaxing area to eat or drink.  
 
   
 
  Using the facilities  
 
  We can arrange different combinations for using the facilities. These can vary from:  
 
  • meeting in the Orangery and then retiring to the restaurant to eat.
  •  
     
  • remaining completely self contained, eating alongside your meeting.
  •  
     
  • using the bar area for informal discussion, pre lunch drinks, seating area for interviewees on arrival.
  •  
     
       
     
      Rates  
     
      We can provide you with an individual delegate rate that is inclusive of refreshments, lunch, room hire etc or we can tailor a total package to suit your needs.  
     
      Room Hire  
      Rooms are available for hire and provide you with exclusive use of that area.
    Room hire charges are available on request.
     
     
      Refreshments  
      All day serving of coffee and tea; cakes/biscuits; Danish pastries; still and sparkling water plus bar facilities.  
     
       
     
      Lunch and Evening Meal  
     
      A buffet or sit down plated meal can be provided to compliment your meeting or training event.  
     
       
     
      Flip chart and pens are provided automatically and are included in the room hire, one weeks notice prior to your meeting is required for hire of additional equipment, which will be charged as an additional item.
